How can a small restaurant deliver big flavor to a wide audience?
Lotus Fine Thai re-opened its doors in 2018 to customers with high expectations. I was brought in to give Lotus Fine Thai a look that matched their elevated dining standards. This included a newly redesigned website with an online store and accompanying branding.
For this project we were observing the restaurants growth in scale and accommodation, which meant reaching outward to bring in new traffic.
With key insights we were able to bring Lotus’ menu to life with a new online ordering system and a website that gave users an order first, ask questions later approach.
A few aspects of Lotus were given a redesign, such as the logo, menus, cards and other interaction based marketing materials.
Lotus Fine Thai has seen an increase in traffic and more consistent conversion rates since the redesign.
Online Ordering itself has brought in an additional income of $40k annually.
